Gurugram Festival of Chariots

Promoting cultural through 11 Rath Yatras across city

The Rath Yatra festival in Jagannath Puri, Odisha, celebrates Lord Jagannath, Subhadra, and Baladeva parading through the streets, symbolizing their return to Vrindavan. ISKCON Gurugram will observe it from July 7 to 15, 2024. According to the Narad Purana, seeing them on their chariot ensures liberation from birth and death, leading to Vaikuntha, Vishnu’s abode.
